We Liked
VPN One Click is primarily a provider that concerns itself with developing applications for mobile devices. They do have support for desktop computers, however, which does put them in competition with other VPN providers who offer a generally broader base of services. Their applications are available directly from IOS and Android sites, potentially giving them more exposure for providing mobile device compatible applications for VPN service than other providers are likely to get.
Areas for Improvement
While we appreciate that they offer a 7 day free trial, it is only limited to just their free European servers.

The pricing plans vary a bit depending upon what type of device you happen to be using, which may be confusing for some users. Terrible product, when it actually works.
There is a reason this is the cheapest VPN on the market – IT SUCKS, big time!
Does not always work and when there is a problem you will be faced with the worst customer service EVER. They say we cannot fix it here but we will escalate to tech support (who the feck am i talking to online then?). Then they say the way to fix this issue is to download ‘teamviewer’ so we can take remote control of your computer HAHAHA – good one!!!
